Ted and his team came through during a bit of a roof crisis at my grandmother's house. Not only was he extremely easy to get ahold of, he got a quote to me on time quickly, didn't give me any surprises, and finished a little ahead of schedule, he was sympathetic to our situation and extremely kind to my grandma.
